you cant really compair themm. They complement eachother. AE is geared towards VFX and FCP for editing. They work awesome togeather (especially if you hvae atuomatic duck)

hey im going to start to make new films and i going to make a super hero movie. i would watch other tutorials are boring compaired to yours. so do you think you can make a video with all the basic hero stuff such as laser eyes, flying, super strength ect. love the show -dane
